SAILOR 4065 EPIRB & SAILOR 4065 GNSS EPIRB Distress Beacon
SAILOR 4065 EPIRB and SAILOR 4065 GNSS Satellite EPIRBs are satellite distress beacons designed to operate in conjunction with the Cospas-Sarsat international satellite search and rescue system and GMDSS.
GMDSS choice
The SAILOR 4065 Satellite EPIRB is available in two versions to suit different operational requirements: the standard SAILOR 4065 EPIRB and the SAILOR 4065 EPIRB GNSS.
The GNSS version features an integrated GPS receiver, enabling it to transmit precise location information to Search and Rescue (SAR) services. By providing accurate positioning data, the SAILOR 4065 EPIRB GNSS significantly improves response times and increases the chances of a rapid rescue in the event of an emergency or vessel abandonment.
Self-testing
SAILOR EPIRBs are available with several mounting options, including a manual release bracket, an automatic hydrostatic release bracket that activates if the vessel sinks, and an optional quick-release bulkhead mounting bracket for added flexibility.
Suitable for both GMDSS and non-GMDSS applications, SAILOR EPIRBs combine advanced technology with practical design to help operators meet safety requirements and maximize the chances of a successful rescue in any emergency situation.
Small and lightweight
Compact and lightweight, SAILOR EPIRBs feature a fully enclosed housing, high-quality internal components, a high-intensity xenon strobe light, and an impressive five-year battery shelf life.
Designed for maximum reliability, a SAILOR EPIRB is ready to activate when it matters most, helping search and rescue teams locate you quickly and efficiently, regardless of weather conditions or whether the emergency occurs during the day or at night.
Trust SAILOR
Thousands of vessels around the world rely on SAILOR EPIRBs and communication systems every day, making SAILOR a trusted choice for meeting GMDSS compliance requirements.
As one of the leading names in maritime safety and communication equipment, SAILOR designs its EPIRBs to deliver dependable performance and long-term reliability, even in the most demanding professional marine environments.
